Information pursuant to art. 13 of the Privacy Code

(Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n.196 containing the Consolidated Law on the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data)

Dear Customer,

we wish to inform you, pursuant to article 13 of Legislative Decree 30 June 2003, n. 196 containing the Consolidated Law on the protection of persons and other subjects regarding the processing of personal data (hereinafter the "Code"), that the information and data you provide will be processed in compliance with the aforementioned provisions and the confidentiality obligations that inspire the activity of Mottini Mariangela 23041 Livigno (So)

By processing of personal data we mean any operation or set of operations, carried out even without the aid of electronic tools, concerning the collection, registration, organization, storage, consultation, processing, modification, selection, the extraction, comparison, use, interconnection, blocking, communication, dissemination, cancellation and destruction of data, even if not registered in a database.

This treatment will also be carried out with the aid of computerized means for the following purposes:

  1. to fulfill the obligation established by article 109 of Royal Decree 18.6.1931 n. 773, which requires us to register and communicate to the local public safety authority the personal details of the clients housed;

  2. to fulfill current accounting and tax obligations;

  3. to perform the function of receiving messages and telephone calls addressed to you or your family;

Your data will not be disseminated. Pursuant to article 13, paragraph 1, letter d), we also inform you about the subjects or categories of subjects to whom your personal data may be communicated or who may learn about them as data processors: secretarial staff, Administration employees, IT technicians who manage the website.

We inform you that the provision of data is optional, but failure to provide them would make it impossible for us to process your requests.

Furthermore, consent to the processing of personal data to process studies, research, market statistics is entirely optional and not mandatory; send advertising and information material; carry out direct sales or placement of products or services; send commercial information.

The data controller is Mottini Mariangela 23041 Livigno (SO). The data will be stored at the headquarters of the Data Controller, for the times defined by the relevant legislation. We also inform you that such data will be collected, processed and stored in full compliance with the provisions of articles 31 and following of the Privacy Code and the Technical Regulations - Annex B to the Code - regarding minimum security measures.

With reference to the use on the portal of technologies and / or techniques to access information stored in the terminal device of a subscriber or user, to store information or to monitor the user's operations, we inform you that this use will only take place for legitimate purposes relating to the technical storage of data for the time strictly necessary for the transmission of the communication or for the provision of the answers requested by you. We also remind you that even in the case of operation of these web browsing tracking / marking systems, the user always has the possibility of deactivating their operation by changing the settings of his browser, and in any case he can oppose this type of treatment by communicating it. to the Owner.

You can contact the Data Controller at any time, without formal obligations (via e-mail, telephone or fax) or using the specific model prepared by the Guarantor Authority for the protection of personal data (available on the website  www.garanteprivacy.it ) to assert your rights as provided for by article 7 of the Code, which for your convenience we reproduce in full:

 

Art. 7 (Right to access personal data and other rights)

  1. The interested party has the right to obtain confirmation of the existence or not of personal data concerning him, even if not yet recorded, and their communication in an intelligible form.

  2. The interested party has the right to obtain the indication:

    1. the origin of the personal data;

    2. the purposes and methods of the processing;

    3. of the logic applied in case of treatment carried out with the aid of electronic instruments;

    4. the identity of the owner, manager and the representative appointed under article 5, paragraph 2;

    5. of the subjects or categories of subjects to whom the personal data may be communicated or who can learn about them as appointed representative in the State, managers or agents.

  3. The interested party has the right to obtain:

    1. updating, rectification or, when interested, integration of data;

    2. the cancellation, transformation into anonymous form or blocking of data processed in violation of the law, including those that do not need to be kept for the purposes for which the data were collected or subsequently processed;

    3. the attestation that the operations referred to in letters a) and b) have been brought to the attention, also as regards their content, of those to whom the data have been communicated or disseminated, except in the case in which this fulfillment proves impossible o involves the use of means that are manifestly disproportionate to the protected right.

  4. The interested party has the right to object, in whole or in part:

    1. for legitimate reasons to the processing of personal data concerning him, even if pertinent to the purpose of the collection;

    2. to the processing of personal data concerning him for the purpose of sending advertising or direct sales material or for carrying out market research or commercial communication
